CRFinder is a comprehensive multimodal information system with powerful interfaces for searching, visualizing and analyzing case reports. The current version of CRFinder database contained 55212 different patient cases extracted from 52949 Case Reports in English published from 2000 to 2021. Extracted medical figures are including 30200 CT figures, 12136 MRI figures, 4357 ultrasound figures, 17712 microscopy figures and 2595 endoscopy figures.

Medical ontology-based browse function:
There are four kinds of filters: disease, symptom, body system and imaging types on the ‘Browse’ page. Users can look through figures by selecting entities in the left sidebar and the results would be displayed in form of figure list.
Keyword-based search function:
On the ‘Search’ page, users could input a query with keywords or specific case report PMID, which also supports logic query such ‘And’ and ‘Or’.
